ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಾಯಣ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೋಟ

  ಅವರಿವರೆನ್ನದೆ ಅಯೋಧ್ಯಾ ಪುರವಾಸಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವನು ಹೋಗುವಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಅವನೊಡನೆ ತೆರಳಲು ದೃಢ ನಿಶ್ಚಯಮಾಡಿ ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನೂ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದರು.ವಸಿಷ್ಠರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನು ಸಮ್ಮತಿಸಿದನು. 

ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಸೋದರರೂ ಮಹಾಯಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾದರು. ಋಕ್ಷ -ವಾನರ- ರಾಕ್ಷಸರು ಗುಂಪು ಗುಂಪಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗು ಎಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದರು.

ಸುಗ್ರೀವನು ಅಂಗದನಿಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟಾಭಿಷೇಕ ಮಾಡಿಯೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ.!! ಸುಗ್ರೀವನ ಅರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ ರಾಮ- ಮಿತ್ರಾ,ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಸ್ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೂ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಪರಮಪದಕ್ಕೂ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ-  ಎಂದು ಮಾತು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

ಬಳಿಕ ವಿಭೀಷಣನಲ್ಲಿ-

ರಾಕ್ಷಸೇಂದ್ರ, ಎಂದಿನವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಜೀವಿಸಿರುವರೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ವರೆಗೆ ನೀನು ಸಶರೀರನಾಗಿ ಲಂಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿರು, ರವಿಚಂದ್ರರಿರುವ ತನಕ,ನನ್ನ ಕತೆಯು ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ತನಕವೂ  ಲಂಕಾರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಿನ್ನದಾಗಿರಲಿ.ಇದು ನನ್ನ  ಮಿತ್ರ ಭಾವದ ಆಜ್ಞೆ.

ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಧರ್ಮದಿಂದ ಪರಿಪಾಲಿಸು.ಇಕ್ಷ್ವಾಕು ಕುಲದೇವತೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥನನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸು.-ಎಂದನು. ವಿಭೀಷಣನು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿದನು. 

ಈಗ ಹನುಮನ ಸರದಿ.

" ದೀರ್ಘ ಕಾಲದವರೆಗೆ ಬದುಕಿರಬೇಕೆಂಬ ನಿನ್ನ ದೃಢ ನಿಶ್ಚಯ ನಿಜವಾಗಲಿ.ನನ್ನ ಕತೆಯು ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದಿನವರೆಗೆ  ಪ್ರಚಲಿತವಾಗಿರುವುದೋ ಅಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯಂತೆ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಆನಂದಿಂದಿರು - ಎಂದು ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನು ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷಗೊಂಡ ಹನುಮನು-

ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕತೆಯು ಪ್ರಚಲಿತವಾಗಿರುವುದೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಭೂಮಂಡಲದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ- ಎಂದು ಮಾತು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನು ಬಳಿಕ ಜಾಂಬವಂತ,ಹನುಮಂತ, ಮೈಂದ,ದ್ವಿವಿದ,ವಿಭೀಷಣರಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ- ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಪ್ರಳಯಕಾಲದವರೆಗೂ ಜೀವಿಸಿರಿ -ಎಂದನು.

Each and every inhabitants of Ayodhya made the decision of going along with ShreeRama and prayed to him to take them along with him. As per the advice of Vasishta, ShreeRama too agreed for that. 

The brothers too got ready for the great pilgrimage along with ShreeRama. Yakshas - Monkeys - Monsters came in groups and requested Rama to take all of them along with him. Sugreeva had come there by already coronating Angada !!. While asking the opinion of Sugreeva, Rama says to him - " dear friend, I do not want neither the heaven nor the highest rank without you ". In this way Rama promised Sugreeva. 

Later Rama says to Vibhishana -

" The monster king, be there in Lanka with the mortal body until people live in this world. Let Lanka state be yours till the sun and the moon exist and till my story exists in this world. This is my cordial command. 

Protect the citizens righteously. Worship the clan deity ' Jagannaatha' of Ikshvaku ". Vibhishana agreed to all these words of Rama. 

Now it is the turn of Hanuman. 

" Let your firm determination of living for a longer span of time turn true. Wander happily as per my command till my story is prevalent in this world ". When ShreeRama said this, Hanuman being overjoyed says - " I will be on this earth by following your command till your story exists in the world ". In this way Hanuman gave a promise to Rama. 

Later ShreeRama told Jaambavantha, Hanuman, Mainda, Dwivida, Vibhishana to live together till the time of catastrophe.
