ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಾಯಣ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೋಟ -೨೦೨

 ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳ ಹಿತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಬದುಕನ್ನೇ ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟ, ಕೌಟುಂಬಿಕ ಸುಖವನ್ನೇ ತ್ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡಿದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನು?

ಏನೇನೂ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ವಾನರರು ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಜೀವವನ್ನೇ ಒತ್ತೆಯಿಟ್ಟು,

ತ್ಯಾಗಮಾಡಿ ರಾಮನಿಗಾಗಿ ಸೀತೆಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಕಪಿಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಾನವರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನು?

ರಾಮನ ದಕ್ಷ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಖವಾಗಿ ತಿಂದುಂಡು ಮಲಗಿದ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನು?? ಬರೇ ನೋವು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ? 

ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ,

ಲೋಕಾಪವಾದದ ಭಯದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಮ ಇಂದೂ ಚುಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ!

ಅದೂ ಚುಚ್ಚುವರು ಯಾರು ಜನರೇ!

ಅಂದು ಸೀತೆಗೆ,

ಇಂದು ರಾಮನಿಗೆ!

 ಎಲುಬಿಲ್ಲದ ನಾಲಗೆ 

ಅಂದೂ ಇಂದೂ ಒಂದೇss!! 'ಊರು ಉಪಕಾರವರಿಯದು...'

ಗಾದೆ ಸತ್ಯ!( ಇಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸೈನಿಕರು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂದೇಹಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ)

ಯಜ್ಞಶಾಲೆಯ ಕಂಬಕ್ಕೊರಗಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದ ರಾಮನ ಕಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಣ್ಣೀರ ಧಾರೆ.ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದುಃಖಿತನಾಗಿ ದೀನನಾಗಿ ತಲೆತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಹಳ ಹೊತ್ತಿನ ವರೆಗೆ ಅಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದನು.ಕ್ರೋಧ ಶೋಕಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ಹೇಳಿದ-

ನಾನಿಂದು ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ಶೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿಯಂತಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಸೀತೆ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣೆದುರೇ ಅದೃಶ್ಯಳಾದಳು.

ಸಾಗರದಾಚೆಯಿದ್ದ ಲಂಕೆಯಿಂದ ಅವಳನ್ನು ತಂದ ನಾನು ಪಾತಾಳದಿಂದ ತರಲಾರೆನೇ?

ಪೂಜನೀಯ ಭೂದೇವಿ; ನನ್ನ ಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಡು.

ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪದ ಪ್ರಭಾವವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೇ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಭೂದೇವಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ. 

ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನ ಕೋಪವನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನು ಇನ್ನು ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಕಷ್ಟವೆಂದರಿತು ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ-

ಸುವ್ರತ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ, ನೀನು ಹೀಗೆ ಸಂತಾಪಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡ.

ನಿನ್ನ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸ್ವರೂಪ- ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೋ.ನಿನಗೆ ನೆನಪಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ನೆನಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.ನೀನು ವಿಷ್ಣುವಿನ ಅವತಾರವಾಗಿ ಬಂದವನಲ್ಲವೇ? ಸೀತೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೇ ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿ ಬಂದವಳು.ತನ್ನ ತಪಸ್ಸಿನ ಪ್ರಭಾವದಿಂದಲೇ ಅವಳೀಗ ಸುಖವಾಗಿ ರಸಾತಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದಳು.ನೀನು ಪುನ: ಅವಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವರ್ಗ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯುವೆ.ನೀನೀಗ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯ 'ರಾಮಾಯಣ ಮಹಾಕಾವ್ಯ' ನಿನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಆದಿಕಾವ್ಯ.ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕತೆಯೂ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿದೆ.ಈ ಕಾವ್ಯ ದ ನಾಯಕನಾದ ನೀನು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಕತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಏಕಾಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಕೇಳು-

ಹೀಗೆ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನನ್ನು ಸಾಂತ್ವನ ಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನು ದೇವತೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿದನು. 

ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನು ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕಾಂಡದ ಕತೆಯನ್ನು ನಾಳೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದನು.

ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಅವರವರ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಕುಶ-ಲವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರ್ಣಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದನು.

ಅಂದು-

ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳಕೊಂಡ ಕುಶಲವರು ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡಕೊಂಡರು.

ಸತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳಕೊಂಡ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಡಕೊಂಡನು.

ಪತಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಿದಾಯ ಹೇಳಿದ ಸೀತೆ 

ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡಕೊಂಡಳು.

ನಾವು -

ಪಡಕೊಂಡದ್ದೇನು? ಕಳಕೊಂಡದ್ದೇನು?

What did the subjects give to ShreeRama who dedicated his life to the welfare of the subjects and who sacrificed his personal happiness for them ?

The monkeys who were not at all related to him fought for Rama and Seetha by sacrificing and risking their own lives. But, what did the humans with the mind of an ape do ?

What did the people who slept by eating happily in the efficient administration of Rama give to him ?? Only grief, isn't it ?

Rama is getting pierced even today for that deed he had done for them, for the deed which he had done fearing for the blame of the society !

That too, he was pierced by the people themselves !

To Seetha then,

To Rama now !

The tongue without the bone, 

is the same now and then !! ' The city is not aware of the help...' - The Proverb is true ! ( Note how our soldiers are facing the suspected artilleries today ).

The flow of the tears in the eyes of Rama who was leaning on the pillar of the pavilion of the sacrificial ritual. He had been weeping for a long time with his head bent being extremely sad and pathetic . ShreeRama who was filled with rage and grief says -

' I am going to drown in the unprecedented grief today. 

My beloved Seetha who is just like Lakshmi , disappeared right infront of my eyes. 

Can't I who brought her back from Lanka which is across the ocean, bring her from the nether world ?

 Venerable Mother earth ; bring my Seetha to me.

If not I will annihilate you with my rage " - Rama said these words to the mother earth. 

Brahma who was aware of the anger of ShriRama and its consequence , thought that he shouldn't be quiet since it would make a way for problems. Therefore he says to Rama -

"Loyal Ramachandra do not get distressed in this way. 

Recall your past form - rule . There is no need to remind you. But still I remind you. Aren't you the one who has come as the avatar of Vishnu ? Seetha is the one who came seeking your patronage. She reached the subterranean region happily by the impact of her penance . You will get her back in the heaven. The epic Ramayana which is the history of your life that you are hearing now is the first epic which consists the complete story of your life. The story of your future is also included in this. Listen to the next story intently since you are the protagonist of this epic ".

Brahma who consoled ShreeRama with his words returned to his world along with the gods. 

ShreeRama who was consoled, requested Valmiki Maharshi to begin the story of Uttara Kaanda the following day itself. 

ShreeRama who sent the subjects to their houses went into the dwelling of leaves along with his children Kusha and Lava. 

Then -

KushaLava who had lost the mother obtained the father. 

ShreeRama who had lost the wife, obtained the children. 

Seetha who bid adieu to the husband and the children, obtained the mother. 

We - 

What have we obtained ? What have we lost ?
