ತುಂಬಿದ ಸಭೆಗೆ ರಾಮನು ಇದೀಗ ತಾನೇ ಬಂದೊದಗಿದ ಅಕಾಲ ಮರಣದ ಹೊಸ ವಿಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ. ಮತ್ತು ತಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇರಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಸಹಕರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದ.ಆಗ ತ್ರಿಲೋಕ ಸಂಚಾರಿ;  ತ್ರಿಕಾಲ ಜ್ಞಾನಿ ನಾರದ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಗಳು ಯುಗ ಯುಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ತಪಶ್ಚರಣೆಯ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು,ಅದು ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ಬಗೆಯನ್ನು  ಹೇಳಿ-

 'ನಿನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ದುರ್ಬುದ್ಧಿಯಾದವನೊಬ್ಬ ತಪಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರಬಹುದು.

ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಲೇ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಬಾಲಕನು ಅಕಾಲ ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಈಡಾಗಿರಬಹುದು.

ಯೋಗ್ಯವಲ್ಲದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು  ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಆತನ ಕೆಲಸವು-

.ರಾಜ್ಯದ ದರಿದ್ರತೆಗೆ

.ರಾಜನು ನರಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಧರ್ಮದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ರಾಜನು ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಮಾಡಿದ ವೇದಾಧ್ಯಯನ, ತಪಸ್ಸು, ಸತ್ಕರ್ಮ,

ಶುಭಕರ್ಮಗಳ ಆರನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗದಷ್ಟು ಪುಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡುವವರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದು ನಿನ್ನ ಧರ್ಮ. ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ ದುಷ್ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವವನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ  ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು  ತಡೆ. ಆಗ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳ ಆಯುಷ್ಯ ವೃದ್ಧಿಸುತ್ತದೆ,ಧರ್ಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ,ಅಕಾಲ ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ  ತುತ್ತಾದ ಈ ಬಾಲಕನೂ ಬದುಕುತ್ತಾನೆ- ಎಂದು ರಾಮನಲ್ಲಿ  ಹೇಳಿ ತತ್ಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತನಾಗಲು ಹೇಳಿದರು. 

ರಾಮನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣನಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನಿಗೆ ಅಭಯ ತುಂಬಲು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಮತ್ತು ತಾನು ಮರಳಿ ಬರುವ ತನಕ ಹುಡುಗನ ದೇಹವನ್ನು  ಕೆಡದಂತೆ ಸುಗಂಧ ದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯ ಕೊಪ್ಪರಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಪಿಡಲು ಹೇಳಿದನು. 

ಪುಷ್ಪಕ ವಿಮಾನವನ್ನು ನೆನೆದ; ಮರುಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಅದು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಯಿತು.

ಸಭಾಸದರನ್ನು ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಂಡನು. ಭರತ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣರಿಗೆ ನಗರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಹೊಣೆಯನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿ; ವಿಮಾನವನ್ನೇರಿ ದುಷ್ಕರ್ಮಿಯನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಲು ತೆರಳಿದನು.

Rama announced the new obstacle of the untimely death which had arrived just then to the assembly. And he requested everyone to assist him in finding the reason for the problem which had arrived. During the time, the traveller of the 3 worlds ; the one who knows past, present and future, Narada Maharshi says about the enforcement of penance and how it had been followed  - 

" An evil minded might be penancing somewhere in your state. 

Due to this reason, a Brahmana boy might have been the victim of an untimely death. If anyone does the work which is not right, then his work will be the reason for,

• the impoverishment of the state, 

• Will be the reason for the king to fall in the hell. 

The king who rules and protects the state by following the righteousness, gains the share of 1 of 6 from the auspicious deeds of penance, the study of Vedas and the good deeds done by the subjects. 

Therefore it is your duty to protect those people who do all these works. Travel around your world immediately and stop those who do evil deeds by finding them. Then the longevity of the subjects enhances, the righteousness develops, the boy will be brought back to the life who had subjected to the untimely death "- Narada said these words to Rama and told him to do that work immediately. 

Rama told Lakshmana to give assurance of safety to the Brahmana. Rama told Lakshmana to protect the body of the boy from getting decayed until he returned and told him to keep the body in the boiler which was filled with the pleasant scents. 

He recalled 'Pushpaka Vimaana ' to his memory ; it presented itself before him the very next moment. 

He sent off the audience. Rama went to find out the evildoer on plane by giving the responsibility of protecting the town to Bharatha and Lakshmana.
