ಅಗ್ನಿದಿವ್ಯ! ಅಗ್ನಿಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ!!

ಗೆದ್ದದ್ದು ಯಾರು? 

ರಾಮ? 

ಸೀತೆ?

ಇಬ್ಬರೂ??

ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆದ್ದದ್ದು  ಗಂಡ ಹೆಂಡಿರ ನಡುವೆ ಇರಲೇಬೇಕಾದ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ, ನಂಬಿಕೆ.

ಅಗ್ನಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಕ್ಷಣದ ವರೆಗೂ ರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಸೀತೆಯ ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಅಣುವಷ್ಟೂ ಸಂಶಯವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.ಆ ದೃಢ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಅಗ್ನಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೊಳಪಡಬೇಕಾದಂಥ

ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ.

ಬೆಂಕಿ ಎಂದಾದರೂ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟೀತೇ?!

ದೇವತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಮ ನಮಿಸಿದ.ಮಹೇಶ್ವರನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯಂತೆ ಸ್ವರ್ಗದಿಂದ ದಶರಥನು ವಿಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ.ಮಹೇಶ್ವರನು ರಾಮನಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಭಾರ ವಹಿಸಿ, ತಾಯಂದಿರನ್ನು,

ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೋಡುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿ,ಕುಲವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಅಶ್ವಮೇಧ ಯಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಯಶೋವಂತನಾಗಿ ಸೋದರರೊಡನೆ ಬಾಳುವಂತೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ದಶರಥನನ್ನು ಕಾಣಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದನು.

ವಿಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ದಶರಥ ರಾಮನನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳ್ಳಿರಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ನೋವನ್ನು ಮರೆತು ಅವನ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು  ಹಿತನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದನು.

ರಾಮನು ತಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಕೇಯಿಯನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದನು.ಅದನ್ನು ಮನ್ನಿಸಿದ ದಶರಥ ಸೀತೆಯ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಔಚಿತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆಕೆಗೆ ಮನಗಾಣಿಸಿ 'ಮಗಳೇ' ಎಂದು ಕರೆದು ಹರಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿದನು.ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣನನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಹರಸಿ ಮರಳಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿದನು.

ಇತ್ತ ಮಹೇಂದ್ರನು ತನ್ನಿಂದೇನಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಿನೀತನಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದ ರಾಮನಲ್ಲಿ  ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ರಾಮನು ತನಗಾಗಿ ಮಿಡಿದು ಹೋರಾಡಿ ಮಡಿದ ವಾನರನ್ನು ಕರಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿಸುವಂತೆಯೂ,ಅವರೆಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಆ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಸಮೃದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಇರುವಂತೆಯೂ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸು ಎಂದು  ವಿನಂತಸಿದನು. ಇಂದ್ರನು ತಥಾಸ್ತು ಎಂದು ಮಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ   ಸೇನಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬದುಕಿಸಿದನು.

ನಿದ್ದೆಯಿಂದೆದ್ದವರಂತೆ ಮಡಿದ ವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ದೇಹಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದರು.

ಸಂತಸದಿಂದ ನಲಿದರು.

ರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಮಣಿದರು.

ದೇವತೆಗಳು ರಾಮನಿಗೆ- ವಾನರರನ್ನು ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅಯೋಧ್ಯೆಗೆ ಬೇಗನೇ ತೆರಳುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಹರಸಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿದರು.

The holy fire ! The ordeal by fire !!

Who won ?

Rama ?

Seetha ?

Both ?

The faith and the belief which have to be there between a husband and a wife won here.

Rama did not have even the slightest doubt on the love and the faith of Seetha on him till the ordeal by fire. Because of his strong faith on that he created the situation where she had to undergo the ordeal by fire. 

Will the fire ever burn the fire ?!

Rama bowed down to the Gods. As per the command of Maheshwara, Dasharatha arrived from the heaven in aeroplane . Maheshwara told Rama to reign the state and to look after the mothers and the subjects well. Maheshwara blessed Rama to prosper his clan by performing the sacrificial ritual 'Ashwamedha ' and to live with his brothers happily . Then he told Rama to see Dasharatha .

Dasharatha who was there in aeroplane  called Rama and made him sit on his lap and by forgetting all his griefs he advised Rama about his responsibilities. Rama prayed to the father to forgive Kaikeyee . Dasharatha who forgave that , made Seetha realize the excellence  of her ordeal by fire and praised her by addressing her as daughter and blessed her. He blessed Lakshmana specially and returned to the heaven. 

On the other side, Mahendra being humble asked Rama who was standing next to him that what had to be done from him. For which Rama requested him to bring the bears and the apes back to life who fought and sacrificed their lives for him. Further he requested Mahendra to  let the regions wherever they would live be enriched. Indra granted the wish that Rama had requested and brought the warriors back to life.

All of them woke up with healthy bodies as if they woke up from the sleep. 

Jumped out of happiness. 

They surrendered to Rama.

The gods told Rama to return to Ayodhya as soon as possible after sending off the apes.  The Gods returned to the heaven by blessing them.
