ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಾಯಣ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೋಟ-೮೮

ಸೀತಾನ್ವೇಷಣೆಗೆ ಕಪಿಸೇನೆ ಸರ್ವಸನ್ನದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಸುಗ್ರೀವನು ರಾಮನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯೇನೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದನು.ಆಗ ರಾಮನು-

ಮಹಾಪ್ರಾಜ್ಞ ಸುಗ್ರೀವ,ಮೊದಲು ನನ್ನ ವೈದೇಹಿ ಬದುಕಿರುವಳೇ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕು.ಎರಡನೆಯದಾಗಿ ರಾವಣನಿರುವ ತಾಣವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕು.

ಮೂರನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಇವೆರಡನ್ನೂ ತಿಳಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿನ್ನೊಡನೆ ಶತ್ರು ನಾಶದ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.ಸೀತಾನ್ವೇಷಣೆಗೆ ನೀನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂಡವೇ ಸಮರ್ಥ.ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀನೇ ಮಾಡು.ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಅರ್ಥಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಜ್ಞ (ಗುರಿ ಸಾಧಕ)ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ಪರಮಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ!-ಎಂದನು.

ಸುಗ್ರೀವನು ತನ್ನ ಸೇನೆಯನ್ನು  ನಾಲ್ಕು ವಿಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಡುಕಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದನು.

ಮೊದಲ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕ ವಿನತ.ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಪಿ ವೀರರಿಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವ ಉದಯಾಚಲದ ತನಕ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಹುಡುಕಲು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

ಎರಡನೆ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ನೀಲ,ಹನುಮ,ಜಾಂಬವಂತ,ಅಂಗದ ಮುಂತಾದವರು ನೇಮಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿ ಪೃಥ್ವಿಯ ತುದಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಕರ್ಮಿಗಳ ನಿವಾಸ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ತನಕ ಹುಡುಕಲು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

ಮೂರನೆ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕನನ್ನಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಮಾವ ಸುಷೇಣನನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀತಾನ್ವೇಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದನು.ಅಸ್ತಾಚಲದ ತನಕ ನೀವು ಹೋಗಬಹುದಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅದರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗಲಾರಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕನಾಗಿ ಶತಬಲನನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿ ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಮಗಿರಿ ಕಾಣುವ ತನಕ ಹೋಗಿ ಸೀತೆ ರಾವಣರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿ ಬನ್ನಿ ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದನು.

ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿ-

.ಆಯಾ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬರುವ ಭೂಪ್ರದೇಶ,ಗಿರಿ ವನಗಳು,ನಗರಗಳು....ಮುಂತಾದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಕಂಡು ಹೇಳುವಂತೆ ಸುಗ್ರೀವನು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಂಡಗಳು ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಸರೀ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆ ಎಂದು ಕಟ್ಟಪ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

.ಸೀತಾನ್ವೇಷಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯ ರಾಮನಿಗೂ ನನಗೂ ಅತಿ ಪ್ರಿಯವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯ.ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಗಳಿಸಿದವರು ನಾನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸೌಖ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರು ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹದ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆದ ಬಳಿಕ ಹನುಮನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ-

ಸ್ವರ್ಗ,ಮರ್ತ್ಯ ಗಗನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆಂದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಬೇಕೋ ಹಾಗೆ ಹೋಗಬಲ್ಲವನಾದ ಜಾಣನಾದ ನೀನೇ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ವಸಮರ್ಥ.ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿನ್ನಿಂದಲೇ ಆಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.ಸುಗ್ರೀವನ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂತುಷ್ಟನಾದ ರಾಮನು ಸೀತೆಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಲು 'ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ' ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿರುವ ಮುದ್ರೆಯುಂಗುರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದನು.

ಹನುಮ ಸಹಿತ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಪಿವೀರರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕರುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಾವು ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾದ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಡುಕಲು ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಹೊರಟರು.

Sugreeva told Rama that the monkey army was completely armed and equipped for the quest for Seetha and asked him for his next command. During the time Rama told him -

first and foremost to make sure if Seetha was alive or not .And secondly to find out the place where Raavana was residing in. And thirdly, he said that after getting confirmed about the previously said two things ,he would annihilate the enemy joining Sugreeva. Further Rama said that Sugreeva and his army were efficient for the quest for Seetha and told him to do that duty. Because according to Rama among the economists (the goal reacher) Sugreeva was the best !.

Sugreeva divided his army into four divisions and commanded them to go and search in all the four directions. 

The chief commander of the first team was Vinatha. Sugreeva commanded him to tell the monkey soldiers to go in the East direction and to find everywhere till  the mountain of Sunrise (Udayaachala) as far as possible. 

Neela ,Hanuman, Jaambavantha, Angada and others were appointed the leaders of the second  team and they were commended to go in the South direction. Sugreeva commanded them to find till the place of the virtuous people which was at the edge of the earth.

Sugreeva appointed his father in law Sushena, the commander of the third team and search Seetha in the West direction. He sent him off by saying that he could go only till mountain of the Sunset (Asthaachala) and not after that.

Shathabala was appointed the leader of the fourth team and he was commanded to search Seetha and Raavana till they could see Somagiri in the North direction. 

Sugreeva monitored everyone equally and inspired them with his words that -

• He described the lands,hills,forests, and cities which were there in all the directions clearly as if everything was right infront of his eyes.

• He commanded all the teams that Seetha had to be found within a month from the day they had begun their quest. Incase they failed then they would be sentenced to death.

• He said that quest for Seetha was very important duty for both Rama and him. And who acheive success in finding Seetha ,they would be eligible to obtain the benefits that Sugreeva was enjoying. 

After addressing and inspiring his army ,he told Hanuman separately that -

Hanuman had the ability to go in the heaven, on the earth and the sky the way he wished to go, was only the efficient to do the task of searching Seetha and that duty had to be done by him. Rama was pleased by the words of Sugreeva and he gave his ring with his name inscribed on that to show that to Seetha.

Hanuman and other monkey soldiers along with their leaders went to the directions that they were supposed to go enthusiastically.
