ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಾಯಣ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೋಟ -೧೧೦

ಇದೀಗ ಐದನೆಯ ಸುತ್ತು.ರಾವಣನು ತನ್ನ ಮಗ ವೀರ ಸಾಹಸಿ ಅಕ್ಷಕುಮಾರನನ್ನೇ ಹನುಮನನ್ನೆದುರಿಸಲು ಕಳಿಸಿದನು.ಅವನಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ರಥವಿತ್ತು.

ಅದು ಅವನೆಣಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆಗಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಬೇಕೋ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮನೋವೇಗದ ಕುದುರೆಗಳಿದ್ದವು.

ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡಾಗ ಹನುಮನಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಭಾವನೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿತು.ಅವನಿಗೂ ಹನುಮನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುತೂಹಲದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಅಭಿಮಾನ ಹುಟ್ಟಿತು.ಆದರೆ ಮರುಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲೇ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ವೈರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಿದರು.

ಹನುಮನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಾಣಗಳ ಸುರಿಮಳೆ! ಮೈಯಿಂದ ನೆತ್ತರ ಧಾರೆ.ಇಬ್ಬರ ಯುದ್ಧದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯೇ ಸ್ತಬ್ಧವಾಯಿತು!!

ಹನುಮ ಆಗಸಕ್ಕೆ ನೆಗೆದನು.ಹಿಂದಿನಿಂದ ಬಾಣಗಳನ್ನೆಸೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಅಕ್ಷ! ಹನುಮನಿಗೆ ಆಟವಾಯಿತು.

ಒಮ್ಮೆಲೇ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ಜಾಗೃತವಾಯಿತು.ಅಕ್ಷನ ರಥವನ್ನು ಪುಡಿಗಟ್ಟಿದನು.

ರಥದಿಂದಿಳಿದ ಅಕ್ಷನು ಆಗಸಕ್ಕೆ ನೆಗೆಯಲು ಅವನ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಹಾರಿ ಹೋದ ಮಾರುತಿ-ವೀರ ಮಾರುತಿ ಅವನ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಗರಗರನೆ ಸಾವಿರ ಬಾರಿ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಕ್ಕಿದನು.ಅಕ್ಷನು ಹೇಳಿ ಹೆಸರಿಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ಅಸು ನೀಗಿದನು.

ಅವನೊಡನೆ ಬಂದ ಸೇನೆಯೂ ನಾಶವಾಯಿತು.

ಹನುಮ ಮತ್ತೆ ಹೊರಬಾಗಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಕಾದು ಕುಳಿತ.

ಸೀತಾಪಹರಣದ ಮೊದಲ ಕಹಿ ನೋವು ರಾವಣನನ್ನು ತಟ್ಟಿತು.ಆದರೆ ಹಠ ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ತನ್ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಾದ ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತುವಿಗೆ ಹನುಮನನ್ನೆದುರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದ.

ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತು ದೇವತೆಗಳನ್ನೇ ಏಮಾರಿಸಿದ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾಸ್ತ್ರದಂತಹ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಅಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಜೇಯ ಸಾಹಸಿ.ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾವಣನು- ವಾಯುವಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ವೇಗವುಳ್ಳ, ಶಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸೇನೆ ಎದುರಿಸಲಾಗದು.ಶಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಹಿಮ್ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಸಲಾರವು.ಅವನನ್ನು ಸಂದರ್ಭೋಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸು- ಎಂದನು.

ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಸಜ್ಜಿತನಾಗಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ತಂದೆಯ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತು ಹನುಮವನ್ನೆದುರಿಸಲು ರಥದಲ್ಲಿ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ತೆರಳಿದನು.

ಮಾರುತಿ ಮತ್ತು  ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತುವಿನ ನಡುವಿನ ಯುದ್ಧ ನೋಡಲು ನಾಗ ಯಕ್ಷ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಗಳು... ಆಗಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರೆದರು.

ಮಾರುತಿ ಆಗಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಎತ್ತರೆತ್ತರೆತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಳೆದು ನಿಂತು ಭೀಕರವಾದ  ಸಿಂಹನಾದವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದನು.

This is the fifth round now.

Ravana sent his adventurous and valiant son Aksha Kumara to confront Hanuman. He had a superpower chariot which would stand anywhere in the sky the way Aksha wished . It also possessed the horses which had strong feelings. The strange feelings arose in the heart of Hanuman when he saw Aksha. In the same way , respect filled with curiosity arose in the heart of Aksha when he saw Hanuman. But in the very next moment both of them fought being staunch enemies. 

The shower of arrows on Hanuman !

Blood was flowing from his body. The nature became still and silent due to the war between the two !! 

Hanuman sprang into the sky. Aksha who was behind, throwing arrows on Hanuman ! It became a game for Hanuman. 

But soon the duty conscious of Hanuman got awoken . He smashed the chariot of Aksha to smithereens. 

Aksha got down the chariot and leapt into the sky. During the time the valiant Maaruthi too flew chasing him , caught hold of his legs and rotated him thousand times and then put him down violently. Aksha took his last breath. 

Hanuman sat waiting for the next round at the door again.

Ravana experienced the bitter pain of Seetha's abduction for the first time. But still he was being obstinate. Ravana commanded Indrajithu who was his only and last strength, to face Hanuman. Indrajithu was the great adventurous and unconquerable man who had even tricked the Gods and he even possessed the superpower artilleries such as Brahmaastra . Ravana told him that it was not possible for the army to face Hanuman who was faster and stronger than Vaayu. Ravana told him to attack Hanuman by using the right opportunity. 

Indrajithu who was armed and equipped took the blessings of his father and being enthusiastic he went swiftly in the chariot to confront Hanuman. 

Naga and Yaksha(Demi) Maharshis gathered in the sky to witness the war between Maaruthi and Indrajithu. 

Maaruthi grew higher and higher in the sky and roared terrifically. 

98 steps are remaining !
