ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಾಯಣ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೋಟ - ೧೦೭

ಹನುಮನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದುದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದೆನೆಂದರೂ ಸೀತೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಕೇಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಆಸೆ.ಹನುಮನು ಹೊರಡಲು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದನು.

ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಂಡ ಗುರುತಿಗೆ ಏನು ನೀಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹನುಮನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಸೀತೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಸೆರಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಚೂಡಾಮಣಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಡುತ್ತಾ - "ರಾಮನನ್ನು ಈ ಚೂಡಾಮಣಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾನು ದಿನಾ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅವನ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೊಂದೇ ಇರುವುದು.

ಅದನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.ಆಮೇಲೆ ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ- ಚಿತ್ರಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ನನ್ನೆದೆಯನ್ನು ಕುಕ್ಕಿ ರಕ್ತಹರಿಸಿದ ಕಾಕಾಸುರನ ಮೇಲೆ ದರ್ಭಾಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಬಲಗಣ್ಣನ್ನು ಅಸ್ತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಡೆದ ಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳು- ಇವರೆಡರಿಂದ ಅವನು ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾದುದು ಸತ್ಯ ವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದಾನು.ಇನ್ನು-

ರಾಮನಿಗಾಗಿ ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಕಾಯುತ್ತೇನೆ.ಅದರ ಮೊದಲು ರಾಮನು ಬಂದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಂಧನದಿಂದ ವಿಮುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ನಾನು ಬದುಕಿಯುಳಿವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಪ್ರಾಣತ್ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ರಾಮ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಉದಾಸೀನತೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರದೆ ಈ ರಕ್ಕಸನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಬಲ ಸಹಿತ ಕೊಂದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಸೆರೆಯಿಂದ ಪಾರುಮಾಡಲಿ.

ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಾಯಿಯಂತೆಯೂ ರಾಮನನ್ನು ತಂದೆ ದಶರಥನಂತೆಯೂ 

ಕಾಣುವ ಮಿತಭಾಷಿ,

ಕಾರ್ಯಕುಶಲ ರಾಮಸೋದರ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣನಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳು.

ಸುಗ್ರೀವನ ಸಹಿತ ಅಲ್ಲಿರುವ  ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೇನಾ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ, ಕಪಿ-ಕರಡಿ ವೀರರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸು.ಹಿರಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನವರ ಕ್ಷೇಮ ಸಮಾಚಾರ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳು"-ಎಂದು ಸೀತೆ ಹನುಮನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಹೇಳಿದಳು.

ಕೊನೆಗೊಂದು ಸಂಶಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಳು- ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕಪಿ ವೀರರು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರಲು ಸಮರ್ಥರೇ? ನೀನು ಹಾರಿದೆಯೆಂದು ಅವರು ಹಾರಿ ಬಂದಾರೇ?- ಎಂದು.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹನುಮನು- ನಾನು ಇದ್ದುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವೀರ.

ಅಲ್ಲಿರುವವರೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನಗಿಂತಲೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾನ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು.

ರಾಮ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣರೊಡನೆ ಕೋಟಿ ಕೋಟಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ವೀರ ವಾನರರು,ಧೀರ ಕರಡಿಗಳು ಬಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಲ್ಲು ಉಗುರುಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ರಕ್ಕಸರನ್ನು ಕಚ್ಚಿ ಕಚ್ಚಿ ತರಚಿ ತರಚಿ ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಉಳಿದವರು ಸೋದರರಿಬ್ಬರ ಬಾಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಹುತಿಯಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ನಿಶ್ಚಿಂತೆಯಾಗಿರು ತಾಯಿ.ನನಗಿನ್ನು ಹಿಂತೆರಳಲು ಅನುಮತಿಸು-ಎಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಸೀತಾಮಾತೆಯ ಕಾಲುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹನುಮನು ವಂದಿಸಿದನು.ಸೀತೆಯಿತ್ತ ಚೂಡಾಮಣಿಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಬೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಟ್ಟು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅವಳ ಚರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ವಂದಿಸಿ ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನತ್ತ ಹಾರಿದನು.

ಕಣ್ಣೀರ ಧಾರೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಒಲ್ಲದ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಸೀತೆ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹನುಮನನ್ನು ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಟ್ಟಳು.

Seetha wished to convey even more things to Rama through Hanuman, though she had said everything that she wanted to say. Hanuman asked the permission of Seetha to leave the place. Hanuman asked her what he had to give as a proof that he had seen her to Rama. During the time Seetha gave him ' Choodamani ' which had been tied in the brink of her saree and told him that she had been seeing Rama through Choodamani. She said to him that it was the only thing she had with her in memory of Rama and would give that to Hanuman. She told Hanuman to narrate the story of Kaakaasura to Rama. Kaakaasura had attacked Seetha constantly and pecked her chest when they were in Chitrakoota and during the time Rama had plucked its right eye with his artillery by using Darbhaastra. Seetha told  Hanuman that Rama would believe him then that he had seen Seetha by seeing Choodamani and hearing the story of  Kaakaasura. 

She said that she would wait for Rama for 1 month till that moment  and if he didn't come within one month and free her from Ravana then she would not be alive. 

She further told him that let Rama - Lakshmana without being lethargic save her from the prison by slaying the monster Ravana along with his force. She asked Hanuman to convey her wishes to the brother of Rama who was an expert in everything, taciturn, who had always seen Seetha as his mother and Rama as his father Dasharatha. And asked him to convey her wishes to Sugreeva and to all the commanders of the army and the monkey - the bear soldiers . Then she asked him to convey her regards to all the elders, again and again. 

At last she asked him a doubt that - 

If the monkey soldiers were efficient to come there . Would they fly and come just because Hanuman could come by flying ? For which Hanuman said that he was just an ordinary soldier among the many soldiers. And the other soldiers possessed more strength and efficiency than him and some were as efficient as Hanuman. Further he consoled her by saying that Rama and Lakshmana would come along with the crores of monkey soldiers and valiant bears who would kill the monsters by scratching with their nails and paws.

And the remaining others would die by the arrows of the brothers. 

He told her not be worried. 

He requested her to permit him to go and fell to her feet to seek blessings. He put Choodamani to his finger and fell to her feet again and flew towards the North.

Seetha, by shedding tears sent him off with a heavy heart .
