ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಾಯಣ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೋಟ -೧೦೨

ರಾವಣಾದೇಶ! ಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸಿ! 

ಪುಣ್ಯ!ಶಾರೀರಕವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ!  ರಾವಣನು ಅತ್ತ ತೆರಳಿದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ರಕ್ಕಸಿಯರು  ರಾವಣ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಕೈಲಾದ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಸುರು ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಾಗ್ದಂಡನೆ, ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ! ರಕ್ಕಸರಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಬೆಳೆದು ರಾವಣ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯೇ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಎನ್ನುವ ಆ ಮುಗ್ಧ(?) ರಕ್ಕಸಿಯರಿಗೆ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಅರಿವು ಬರುವುದಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ?ರಾವಣನನ್ನೇ ಧಿಕ್ಕರಿಸಿದ ಸೀತೆಗೆ ಇವರದೇನು ಲೆಕ್ಕ? ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಮಾಂಸದಡುಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ ತಿಂತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ರಕ್ಕಸಿಯರು ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ ಸೀತೆ ನೀಡಿದ 'ತಿನ್ನಿ' ಎಂಬ ಉತ್ತರ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಕೆರಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿತು.ಸಾವನ್ನಾದರೂ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿಯೇನು ರಾವಣನನ್ನಲ್ಲ! ಎಂಬ ಸೀತೆಯ ದೃಢ ಮಾತು ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿಚಲಿತರನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿತು.

ಹಿಂಸೆ ಮಿತಿ ಮೀರಿದಾಗ ತ್ರಿಜಟೆ ಎನ್ನುವ 

ರಕ್ಕಸಿಯು ಲಂಕೆ ರಾವಣರ ಕುರಿತು ತನಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಕನಸನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದಳು-

ರಾಮ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣರು ಶುಭಸೂಚಕವಾದ ಬಿಳಿಯುಡುಗೆ,ಬಿಳಿ ಹೂಮಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಹಂಸಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕೃತವಾದ ಪಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಬಿಳಿ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನುಟ್ಟು ಬಿಳಿಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದ ಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಸೇರಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಆನೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತು ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಪಯಣಿಸಿದರು.ಆಗ ಸೀತೆಯು ರಾಮನ ತೊಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತು ಅವನ ಭುಜಕ್ಕೊರಗಿದ್ದಳು.

ಅವರು ಸುರಥದಲ್ಲಿ,ಪುಷ್ಪಕ ವಿಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತು ಪಯಣಿಸಿದುದನ್ನೂ ಕನಸಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡೆ.ಇದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಶುಭ ಸೂಚಕ.ಅಂದರೆ ನಮಗೆ ಅಶುಭ.ಅಜೇಯರಾದ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾವು ಗೆಲ್ಲಲಾರೆವು.ನಮಗೆ ಸೋಲು- ಸಾವು ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ!

ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕನಸೂ ಕಂಡೆನು.ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಅಶುಭ.ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ ರಾವಣನು ತಲೆ ಬೋಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು; ಮೈಗೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ; ಕೆಂಪು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಬಟ್ಟೆ ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಸುರಾಪಾನ ಮಾಡಿ ಪುಷ್ಪಕದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದನು.ಬಳಿಕ ಕಪ್ಪು ಬಟ್ಟೆಯುಟ್ಟು ಕೆಂಪು ಹೂಮಾಲೆ ಧರಿಸಿ ಕತ್ತೆಗಳ ರಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಪಯಣಿಸಿದನು.ಅಲ್ಲೂ ಭಯಭೀತನಾಗಿ ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ಹುಚ್ಚನಂತೆ ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.ಕೆಂಪು ಬಟ್ಟೆಯುಟ್ಟು,ಕೆಸರು ಬಳಿದುಕೊಂಡ ಕಪ್ಪಾದ ಹೆಣ್ಣೊಬ್ಬಳು ರಾವಣನ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ತೆಂಕು ದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಎಳೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವುದನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡೆ!ಇದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ತಮ್ಮಂದಿರೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದುದನ್ನು ಕನಸಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡೆ!!

ನಮ್ಮ ಸುಂದರ ಲಂಕೆಗೆ ವಾನರನೊಬ್ಬ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಟ್ಟು ಬೂದಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿದ ಕನಸೂ ಬಿತ್ತು!ಸಾಕು.ಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸ ಬೇಡಿ.ರಾಮನು ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಇವಳನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವುದು ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ.ಆಗ ನಮಗಾರು ದಿಕ್ಕು??

ಇವಳು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿದರೆ ನಮಗುಳಿವು.ಇನ್ನಾದರೂ ಹಿಂಸಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಬದುಕುವ ದಾರಿ ನೋಡುವ!

ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಹೆದರದವರಾರು!?!ಸಾಯಿಸುವವರಿಗೇ ಸಾವಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಧಿಕ ಹೆದರಿಕೆ!!ತ್ರಿಜಟೆಯ ಕನಸಿನ ಮಾತು ನನಸಾಯಿತು.ಸೀತೆ ರಕ್ಕಸಿಯರಿಗೆ ಅಭಯ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದಳು!

The command of Ravana ! Torture Seetha !

Thank God ! Not physically ! The moment Ravana left the garden ,the demon women began to contribute their shares to serve Ravana as much as they could. Admonitions and abusive words! How could the ignorant demons who were born and raised for the demons and who believed the culture of Ravana was their culture, realize the culture of a man ?

Those demons were nothing for seetha who opposed the great Raavana. 

When the demons threatened  her that they  would kill and eat her flesh the brave Seetha told them to eat  her which provoked  the monster women even more.  The firm words of Seetha shook the monsters when she stated that she would accept death but she would never ever accept Raavana !

When the violence crossed its boundary, a demon woman named Trijata, narrated the dream that she had seen about Lanka and Ravana  - 

Rama and Lakshmana who were in white cloth and who had worn white flowers which is the symbol of auspicious signs, came there by Palanquin which was decorated with flowers. Then they met Seetha who was dressed in white and sitting on the white hill. They all sat on an Elephant and from there they began their journey towards the North. During the time Seetha sat on the lap of Rama and placed her head on the shoulder of Rama. Trijata said that she saw them traveling by the finest chariot ' Pushpaka Vimaana '. She opined that it was an auspicious omen for Rama and Lakshmana and it was impossible for the monsters to defeat Rama and Lakshmana who were unconquerable.  And defeat and death were confirmed for the monsters. 

She had seen another dream which was inauspicious for the monsters. She said that ,their king Ravana had shaved his head ;applied oil to his body ; worn red cloth, consumed alcohol and fell from the Pushpaka. Later by wearing black cloth and red flowers he sat on a donkey and travelled towards the South. But there too he fell to the ground out of fear and behaved insanely . She had also seen in her dream that Ravana was being dragged towards the South direction by a woman who was dark ,dressed in red and who had smeared her face with mud. She said that she had even seen his brothers and children were walking in the same way !!

The beautiful Lanka was burnt into ashes by a monkey in her dream !

She told the other demon women to stop torturing Seetha. And firmly said that Rama would come for sure and take Seetha with him by killing all of them. And she questioned them ,who would protect them if that would happen.  And said that they would survive only if Seetha forgive them. She requested the demons to stop torturing Seetha and to find the way to live by praying to Seetha !

Is there anyone who is not afraid of death !?!  The people who kill ,have the fear of death !!

The story of Trijata's dream came true. Seetha assured the demon women of safety !.
