ರಾಮಾಯಣ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೋಟ-೩೬

ರಾಮ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ ಜಾನಕೀ 

ಜೈ ಬೋಲೋ ಹನುಮಾನ್ ಕೀ!

ಕಳಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಪಡಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು

ಇದು ಜೀವನದ ಅವಿಭಾಜ್ಯ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ.

ರಾಮ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಳಕೊಂಡ.ಪಡಕೊಂಡದ್ದು?

ಜೀವನದುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಬಂದ ತಮ್ಮಂದಿರ ಪ್ರೀತಿ!

ರಾಮನಿರುವ ತನಕ ರಾಮನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪೂಜಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯ ಬಂಟ ಹನುಮಂತ!

ಅಯೋಧ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಜನ ಪುರಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುತ್ತಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ರಾಮ ಸತಿ ಸೀತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣನೊಬ್ಬನ ಬೆಂಗಾವಲಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾಲ್ನಡಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದೆ ದಶರಥನಿದ್ದ ಕೈಕೇಯಿಯ ಅರಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದನು.ಬರುವ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪುರಜನರ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಗಳ ಅನುಕಂಪದ ಶೋಕದ ರೋಷದ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಕಿವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಗಮನಗೊಡದೆ ನಸುನಗುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ  ಬಂದನು.ಸುಮಂತ್ರನ ಮೂಲಕ ದಶರಥನಿಗೆ ತಾನು ಬಂದ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.ದಶರಥನು ತನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಣಿಯರನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರಲು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವರು ಬಂದು ಸೇರಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ರಾಮ ಸೀತೆ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣರನ್ನು ಬರಹೇಳಿದನು.

ರಾಹುಗ್ರಸ್ತ ಸೂರ್ಯನಂತಿದ್ದ ರಾಜನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ರಾಮನು-ಮಹಾರಾಜ! ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯಾಗಿರುವೆ.ದಂಡಕಾರಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಶುಭ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ನೋಡಿ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಡು-ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದನು.

ನೊಂದ ಬೆಂದ ರಾಜ ದಶರಥನು-ಮಗು!ಪಾರಲೌಕಿಕವಾದ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೂ,ಐಹಿಕವಾದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವುದಕ್ಕೂ, ಪುನಃ ಅಯೋಧ್ಯೆಗೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಏಕಾಗ್ರಚಿತ್ತನಾಗಿ ಅರಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪಯಣಿಸು.ನಿನಗೆ ಶುಭವಾಗಲಿ.ಮಾರ್ಗವು ದುಷ್ಟಜಂತುಗಳ ಭಯದಿಂದ ರಹಿತವಾಗಲಿ-ಎಂದು ರೋದಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಹರಸಿದನು.

ಒಮ್ಮೆಗೆ ಮುಗಿಯಿತೆಂದು ಕಂಡರೂ....

 

ಕೈಕೇಯಿಯ ಅರಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ-

.ರಾಜನು ಪುನಃ ವರವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದ್ದು

. ಆಗಾಗ ಶೋಕದಿಂದ ಎಚ್ಚರ ತಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿದ್ದುದು

.ಸುಮಂತ್ರನು ಕೈಕೇಯಿಯನ್ನು ಆಕೆಯ ತಾಯಿಯ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ನಡೆಯನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿ ನಿಂದಿಸಿದುದು

. ಕೈಕೇಯಿಯು ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಇದ್ದು ರಾಮ,ಸೀತೆ,ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣರಿಗೆ ನಾರುಮಡಿ ತಂದುಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅವನ್ನೇ ಧರಿಸಿ ವನವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಡಲು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು

.ಸೀತೆಯು ಉಡಲು ತಿಳಿಯದೆ ಸಂಕಟ ಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ರಾಮನೇ ಉಡಿಸಿದ್ದು

. ದಶರಥನು ತಾನೂ ವನವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು

. ವಸಿಷ್ಠ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಗಳು ಕೈಕೇಯಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾ  ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗ ಭರತನೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ರಾಮನನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವರು, ನೀನೊಬ್ಬಳೇ ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಲ್ಲುಳಿಯ ಬೇಕಾದೀತೆಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ್ದು

. ರಾಮನು ತಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಯಿ ಕೌಸಲ್ಯೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೃಪಾ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನಿಡುವಂತೆ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು

. ಕೌಸಲ್ಯೆಯು ಸರ್ವಾಲಂಕಾರ ಭೂಷಿತೆಯಾದ ಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು ತಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡು ಸತಿಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಉಪದೇಶಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಲು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು

. ರಾಮನು ತನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಾಯಂದಿರಲ್ಲಿ ತಾನು ತಪ್ಪೆಸಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದ್ದು...

ಮುಂತಾದ ಘಟನಾವಳಿಗಳು ನಡೆದವು.

ಹಾ ಪುತ್ರಾ! ಹಾ ರಾಮ! ಎನ್ನುವ ಎದೆಕರಗುವ ರೋದನಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ರಾಮ ವನವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟನು.

Losing and gaining is a part of life. Rama lost his state or kingdom for a time being.  But what had he gained? He gained the genuine love of his brothers for a life time and a life time follower Hanumaan, who would be worshipped along with Rama till Rama exists. 

Rama who always used to roam on the chariot with his people and ministers, came to the palace on foot, where Dhasharatha and Kaikeyee were in, along with Seetha and Lakshmana .The People who gathered there along the road ,expressed their grief ,anxiety and empathized with Rama. But Rama did not pay attention to their words ,instead kept himself calm and walked with a gentle smile on his face.  He sent a message of his arrival to Dhasharatha through Sumantra. Dhasharatha asked Rama to come after the arrival of his Queens, who were asked to gather in the palace. 

Rama came to the king who appeared as the sun who was devoured by Rahu (inauspicious time) and asked Dhasharatha for his blessings and good wishes before leaving for Dandakaaranya.  Nobody can imagine what Dhasharatha was going through!

Dhasharatha who was already in unbearable pain blessed Rama to go into exile with the concentration of earning spiritual power,worldly power and to come back to Ayodhya. The grief of Dhasharatha was unbearable that he lamented and wished him to have a safe path with no fear of cruel creatures. 

But it was not over once in all....

Incidents happened in the palace of Kaikeyee:

• The heartfelt request of the king to take the boons back.

• The king fainted often out of grief. 

• The wicked plan of Kaikeyee and her mother was reviled by Sumantra. 

• Kaikeyee told Rama ,Seetha and Lakshmana to leave for Dandakaaranya by wearing the barks of tree  .

• Seetha was distressed since she knew little about wearing the barks of the tree. Rama himself draped the barks of tree to Seetha.

• Dhasharatha was adamant to go into exile with Rama.

• Vasishta Maharshi rebuked Kaikeyee and stated that Rama would be followed and worshipped by all in the world including her son Bharatha. He warned her that she would be left alone in the state. 

• Rama asked his father to have a concern and softcorner towards his mother Kausalya. 

• Kausalya embraced the adoring Seetha tightly and preached her the duties of a wife and told to follow them.

• Rama asked his mothers to forgive him if he had done any mistakes without his knowledge. 

Many incidents took place on the day of his exile .

Finally Rama went into the exile which left so many hearts in pain.
