ಶ್ರೀರಾಮಾಯಣ ಹಕ್ಕಿನೋಟ-೧೪೬

'ಕಣ್ಣಾರೆ ಕಂಡರೂ ಪರಾಂಬರಿಸಿ ನೋಡಬೇಕು' ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಹಿರಿಮಾತು ಮಾಯಾಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ಯವಾಯಿತು.ಜಾಣ ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತು ಹನುಮನ ಎದುರೇ ಮಾಯಾಸೀತೆಯನ್ನು  ಕೊಂದು ಹನುಮನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ  ರಾಮ ನಂಬುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ!

ಆ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹನುಮನು ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತು ಮಾಯಾವಿ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನೂ ಮರೆತ! ಅವನೂ ಮಾಯೆಗೊಳಗಾದ!! ಹನುಮ ರಾಮನ ವಿಶ್ವಸನೀಯ ಬಂಟ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯ ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತುವಿಗೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಗೊತ್ತಿತ್ತು .

 

ಎಚ್ಚರದಪ್ಪಿದ ರಾಮನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲಗಿಸಿದ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣನು ತಾನೂ ರೋದಿಸಿದ.ಆತನ ಬಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧರ್ಮಾಧರ್ಮಗಳ ಜಿಜ್ಞಾಸೆಯ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಬಂದವು.

•'ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದವ ಅನ್ನ ತಿಂದಾನು;

ಸತ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದವ ಸತ್ತೇ ಹೋದಾನು' ಎಂಬರ್ಥದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಮನ ಜೀವಿತದ ಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸುತ್ತಾ  ಹೇಳಿದ.

•'ಪಿತೃವಾಕ್ಯ ಪರಿಪಾಲನಾ ಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಿಯ ಸತಿಯ ಅಪಹರಣ,ಸಂಹಾರ'

•ಧರ್ಮದ ದಾರಿಯುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ದುಃಖವೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಧರ್ಮ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಬೇಕೇ??...ಮುಂತಾದ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ.

ವಿಭೀಷಣನು ಬಂದು ಸೀತೆಯ ಸಂಹಾರ ನಕಲಿ,ಸತ್ತದ್ದು ಮಾಯಾಸೀತೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಮುಂದಿನ ನಡೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ  ಸೋದರರು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು.

ವಿಭೀಷಣನು- ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತು ನಿಕುಂಭಿಲಾದೇವಿಯ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಭಿಚಾರ ಹೋಮವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಬಿಡಬಾರದು.ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಆತನು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಂದಿರದ ಸಮೀಪವಿರುವ ಆಲದ ಮರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಬಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟನೆಂದಾದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಆತನನ್ನೆದುರಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲೇ ಆತನು ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ತೊಡಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ರಾಮ, ಸಾಹಸಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣನೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾನರವೀರರನ್ನು ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸು. ನಿಕುಂಭಿಲಾ ಮಂದಿರದತ್ತ ಹೋಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಮತಿಸು. ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತುವಿನ ವಧೆಗೆ  ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣನು ಸಮರ್ಥನು.-ಎಂದು ರಾಮನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಂತಸಿದನು. ರಾಮ ಅನುಮತಿಸಿದ.ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಸಜ್ಜಿತ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣನು ಅಣ್ಣನ ಅನುಮತಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ತಾನೇ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು  ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತುವೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ  ರಕ್ಕಸರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸಲು ವಿಭೀಷಣನ ಜತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಕುಂಭಿಲಾದೇವಿಯ ಮಂದಿರತ್ತ ಹೋದನು.

ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಿ ಅಪ್ಪನ ಅಭಿಚಾರಿ ಮಗ!!

ಅಂಥವರ ವಧೆಗೆ 

' ಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮೃತ್ಯು ಕೊಡಲಿಯ ಕಾವು' ಎಂಬಂತೆ ವಿಭೀಷಣನ ನೆರವು!

ಅವನ ನೆರವಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಇರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ??? 

ಹತ್ತು ತಲೆಯ ರಾವಣನಿಗೆ ವರಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವಾಗ ಈ ವಿಚಾರ ಹೊಳೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲವೇಕೆ? ಅಲ್ಲವೇ?

' Even when you see it, you should examine more ' or whatever we witnessed may not be true . The words of our ancestors proved true during the time ' Maaya Seetha' was killed. Indrajithu slayed ' Maaya Seetha ' right infront of the eyes of Hanuman and made Rama believe hearing what Hanuman had told him ! At that moment Hanuman forget that Indrajithu was an illusionist ! Hanuman was deluded too !!

Indrajithu knew very well that Hanuman was the trusted servant of Rama. 

Lakshmana placed Rama who fell unconscious, on his lap and lamented. He uttered the words painfully about the miserable condition of Rama as if Rama had done injustice .

• ' The one who does injustice may eat rice ; the one who uttered the truth will be dead ' - Lakshmana's words reflected the above mentioned statement and he spoke with grief by mentioning the incidents that took place in the life of Rama till the day .

• In return of following righteousness and the words of the father ,Rama got only pain, his beloved wife was abducted and killed .

• Is righteousness required if there is only grief and sorrow throughout the path of righteousness ?? - Lakshmana asked so many questions. 

Vibhishana came and told them that the death of Seetha was a fake one . He said that it was 'Maaya Seetha ' who died . Vibhishana explained the fact in such a way that they could believe that. After hearing what Vibhishana had said the brothers discussed the further steps of the war.

Vibhishana told them not to let Indrajithu complete his sacrificial ritual ' Abhichara'( witchcraft)which he was performing in the temple of the goddess Nikumbhilaadevi . He further said that in case he completed that successfully and offered a prey to the banyan tree which was there near the temple then there would be none to confront him. He said that they had to do something to get him involved in the war before that would happen. 

Vibhishana requested Rama to send the brave ,adventurous Lakshmana and the monkey warriors with him. He requested Rama to permit him to go towards Nikumbhilaa temple  and begin the war. He told Rama that Lakshmana was capable of slaying Indrajithu. Rama permitted. Lakshmana took initiation and being well-armed by taking the consent and the blessings of the brother went along with Vibhishana to slay Indrajithu including the monsters towards the temple ' Nikumbhilaadevi '.

The witch son of the seducer father !!

For the annihilation of these two ,

the aid of Vibhishana as the proverb says ' Kulakke Mrutyu ,Kodaliya Kaavu ' ! which means for the annihilation of a tree the wood hold of the axe  itself is the reason...

What if Vibhishana had not helped them ??

Why did the 10 headed Ravana not think of this subject while asking for the boons ? Isn't it?
